Quiet Beach Paradise

A quiet beach house located close to South Kingstown Town Beach and Matunuck Beach restaurants and bars. A short drive to Narragansett and Newport. The house includes a primary bedroom with a king size bed, a large bathroom with a huge walk in shower and closet, plus a TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet as well. There is a third room off the kitchen with a pull out couch and full sized washer and dryer. The living room also has a full size sofa bed Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including all common areas, outdoor spaces, and amenities, except for designated areas that are locked off for the owner's personal storage. These restricted areas are not accessible to guests and are clearly marked. Other things to note Bedlinens and bath towel sets available upon request with additional cost.
