The cozy chalet (60 sqm) on the ground floor has a bedroom with a king size bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower tub (hair dryer), toilet and bidet. The eat-in kitchen has a dishwasher, a stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, a hood and a refrigerator with freezer. Furthermore, electrical appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle and toaster are available. The space The apartment has direct access to the garden, which borders a stream. You can make yourself comfortable either on the terrace or in the garden; from here you have a view of the Buchensteinwand. The apartment has underfloor heating. Terrace furniture and garden loungers are available. The ski cellar has space to safely store your skis or snowboards. From the terrace you can enjoy a great view of the Buchensteinwand with the famous Jakobskreuz. The house is surrounded by nature on a small stream. The cross-country ski trail starts 50 m from the house. All mountain bike tours can also start directly from the house. The ski bus stops 30 m away and runs every 30 minutes directly in front of the lifts. Guest access A staircase in the basement leads to the ski cellar. Skis, ski boots or snowboards can be stored here. The containers for paper, plastic and glass waste are located in the ski cellar. Please separate properly. The residual waste bin is under the staircase in the upper apartment. There are 2 parking spaces available. Please park so that 2 vehicles can park. More parking is available right across the street behind the bus stop. Normally the parking is cleared of snow. If it has snowed overnight, there are always 3 snow shovels at hand to remove the snow.
