The cozy chalet (60 sqm) on the ground floor has a bedroom with king size bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower bath (hair dryer), toilet and bidet. The kitchen-living room has a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and oven, extractor hood and fridge with freezer. There are also electrical appliances such as coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The space The flat has direct access to the garden bordering a stream. You can make yourself comfortable either on the terrace or in the garden; from here you have a view on the beech stone wall. The apartment has underfloor heating. There are terrace furniture and garden loungers. In the ski cellar there is space to store your skis or snowboards safely. From the terrace you can enjoy a great view of the Buchensteinwand with the famous Jakobskreuz. The house is surrounded by nature on a small stream. Cross-country ski trail starts 50m from the house. All mountain bike tours can also start directly from the house. The ski bus stops 30 m away and runs every 30 minutes directly in front of the lifts. Guest access A staircase to the basement leads to the ski cellar. Ski, ski boots or snowboards can be set here. In the ski cellar are the containers for paper, plastic and glass trash. Please separate properly. The residual waste bin is located under the staircase into the upper apartment. There are 2 pitches available. Please park in such a way that 2 vehicles can park. Other parking spaces are located directly on the other side of the road behind the bus stop. Usually the parking is cleared of snow. If it has snowed overnight at short notice, there are always 3 snow shovels ready to remove the snow. Then please put your own hand on your own.
