Located 20 minutes from Lake Bourget de Chindrieux and Chanaz, this cocoon has a separate entrance and a private and discreet terrace with views of the forest. Perfect for unwinding! The accommodation is classified 3 stars (art L 324-1 of the French Tourism Code), a guarantee of comfort and quality at a controlled price less tax. The space The accommodation is new, the entrance is through the private terrace, a fully equipped kitchen: Hob, Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Microwave, etc. Very large master suite with a large 180/200 bed with living room and desk area and large TV well configured internet and Dressing room. Bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. Both kitchen and bedroom have full view of the very discreet terrace overlooking the forest. Guest access You will be welcomed by the owners Arnauld or Marie who live on site. You will have access to the entire place and an outdoor courtyard with parking for 1 vehicle. Capacity 2 people maximum + infant with your travel cot or sofa bed possible. The accommodation and property is exclusively reserved for guests who have booked (no outside visits). Dogs and cats are allowed free of charge but they cannot stay in the gîtes alone. Important: Our rules are clear and firm, to guarantee a peaceful stay for everyone. Thank you for understanding. Other things to note Quality sheets, pillows and bath towels are provided with the cleaning service already included in the price.
