Colorful oasis in the white city

A very cozy house located in the middle of Risør, but still withdrawn in a quiet oasis. The house is unique with all the colors and good atmosphere. It is located in the middle of a staircase that is a thoroughfare between the main street (Kragsgate) and Caspersen's gate. The house is from 1861, but renovated by skilled local craftsmen in 2019 with practical room layout and all amenities needed in a modern home. Nevertheless, the soul of the house is preserved, which makes it a good place to spend the days! The space The house has three bedrooms (one large and two smaller) in addition to a sleeping alcove in the attic living room. The first floor has a large living room with dining area in connection with the kitchen, and sofa corner with TV and fireplace, and warm wooden floors. Newly renovated and nice bathroom with shower corner, washing machine and floor heating. The kitchen is also newly renovated and well equipped with coffee maker, kitchen machine and dishwasher and heating cables under the wooden floor. Refrigerator with freezer. Here you have a view of the rooftops over to Hollenderhagen. At the front of the house there is also a bench where you can sit and greet people who use the stairs that connect Krags gate and Carstensens gate. To the west there is also a small patio that has evening sun until late in the evening in the brightest time. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the house.
