The space The smart studio in Recoleta is a compact and sustainable space of 20 m/2 that we have organized to make the most of every corner. It has three defined areas: the kitchenette and the dining room, also adapted as a workplace. The rest and relaxation area, where you will find a folding bed, which allows you to store it and leave a space to do exercises (yoga, pilates, etc.) and an armchair. All embraced by the natural light of a large window. The third area is the bathroom and cleaning area. Here you have an area with a modern and safe layout, very ventilated and illuminated thanks to the use of LED lights on the wall and shower, in addition to the mirror with "touch" lighting. There is also an area where you will find a modern clothes washer and dryer, especially for longer stays (with ecological washing program), which allows you to optimize your luggage space and the amount of clothes you bring to Buenos Aires. You will appreciate that in this apartment, we only use electric energy to reduce carbon emissions. Also, we take care of the water by installing a water heater of only 40 liters. We invite our guests to make a conscious use of water during the shower. As the apartment is located on a major, busy avenue, as in any major city in the world, you may hear it slightly. Guest access When you come to the smart studio in Recoleta, we are waiting for you on the fifth floor of a 19-story building. You first enter a large and comfortable lobby, where there is 24-hour security personnel. Four elevators and stairs are available. During the months of November, December, January, February and March, you can access the toproof swimming pool, located on the highest floor of the building, the only one of its kind in the area. Other things to note In the smart studio in Recoleta you can check in/out independently, thanks to its digital lock. We will give you an exclusive numeric key to use during your stay. We will also provide you with the "Sube" card, which allows you to access all public transportation in Buenos Aires. Remember that you are less than 100 meters from two "Subte" (subway) stations and on avenues that, together with the buses, connect the whole city. If you need them, we also give you a free sim card so you can use your phone and apps with your mobile device.
