Other things to note Listed below are some extra information for guests wishing to stay longer durations (15 days or more) in our property: 1. Cleaning will be done 2x a week by our housekeeping team. 2. Linen will be replaced once a week. 3. Guests are required to pay the electricity token (approx Rp 2.500.000). 4. The villa will provide complimentary 10 gallons of drinking water. 5. It is ILLEGAL to sublet the property to any third party. The villa will take legal action towards such violations. 6. It is ILLEGAL to throw parties and/or events in the premises. The villa will take legal action towards such violations. *** Extra Bed Policy *** Please note that renting extra beds through third parties is strictly prohibited. All requests for extra beds must be made directly through the villa. Any violation of this policy will result in a fine of IDR 1,000,000 per extra bed, per night, imposed by the villa.
