The space The house is heated by radiant slab, has a wood-burning fireplace, equipped kitchen, three en-suite bedrooms, plus a toilet and an attic. It is located on a large lot with parking space for two vehicles. Garden with trampoline. It has access to the lake 300 meters from the house, the neighborhood's own dock, a square with children's games, SUM with a grill for 20 people with billiards, ping pong and foosball. Guest access All spaces within the property mentioned are exclusively for guests, we do not have shared spaces. The quincho and the lake shore are the two places that can be shared by other guests and/or owners of the place.
