Bright room in Leipzig West

The room is large and very bright. The bed can either be pushed together or used individually. In the room is also my pole bar, which I can dismantle on request. The spacious desk invites you to work. A clothes rail with hangers for clothes is also in the room. Please read the full ad and note the information about the dog, tram and use of the kitchen. The space The apartment is about 56 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor of an old building. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. The apartment has two rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with access to the balcony. I rent one room, I use the other room myself. The apartment is located in Altlindenau and is about 20 minutes from the main train station. Nearby there are shops, bakeries and a few bars and cafes on Georg-Schwarz-Str. Plagwitz can be reached quickly by bus. Guest access Next to the bedroom you will have access to the bathroom, which you will share with me. If necessary, it is possible to use the kitchen by prior arrangement. However, three days a week I use the kitchen table as a workplace, which means we would share the space. From the kitchen you can access the balcony (with morning sun), where smoking is allowed. During your stay I live in the apartment myself and work a few days a week in the home office, which means I am available for questions. If you need tips on cafes, bars and restaurants, please ask me. Other things to note Next to me, my friendly, medium-sized dog Banana lives in the apartment. During your stay, she has no access to your space, but she moves through the apartment. The place is therefore not suitable for people with allergies or people who are afraid of dogs. Unfortunately, it is therefore also difficult to bring pets, but we may find a solution by arrangement. I prefer to hand over the keys in person because of the dog. Please let me know your arrival time as soon as possible. The tram runs right outside the door and can therefore be heard, so if you are noise-sensitive, you may need earplugs. If you need separate beds, please let me know in advance and I will set up the furniture accordingly. If you need space in the refrigerator or intend to use the kitchen for cooking, please let me know beforehand so I can clean up accordingly.
