Three room apartment with balcony

I am offering my cozy two room apartment with balcony for rent from 22 June to 20 July. the apartment is located in a quite street, close to Friedenspark and botanical garden. three min walk from tram station. only three stations to Augustusplaz center. Konsum supermarket and kiosk around the corner. Indian and Asian restaurants are near. The space The apartment has two bedrooms and one living room with a big Sofabed Guest access only one bedroom room will be locked Other things to note I want to rent my apartment for the whole month from 10 July to 10 August. There id a cat in the house who is friendly. I ll give special discount if the family that rent the place approves to feed the cat and put her water :)) thanks a lot in advance
