A boiler with an extra cost of $1,500.00 for the first night (one day before the deposit is made to a card number that we give you and when you arrive the pool and jacuzzi have a very pleasant temperature), subsequent nights $800.00 (optional). Check-in time is from 12 noon and check-out time is at 2 pm. (Check-in time is based on availability). Late check-out $250. If events are allowed, depending on the event and the people, an additional charge is made. Guest access You have access to the entire house, only some drawers and closets are closed, everything else can be used with confidence. Whether you need a closet to hang a garment with advance notice, we'll provide it. Inside the subdivision you will find a country club with an 18-hole golf course, a restaurant where you do not need to be a member to enjoy a delicious breakfast with a beautiful view of the golf course.
