The space has everything you will need for a quiet weekend getaway or a weeklong retreat. You can observe all kinds of wildlife and enjoy the East Texas Piney Woods. We are sure that your stay will be relaxing and peaceful. If you are looking for a place to fish or get out on the water, take a short drive to Lake Sam Rayburn , Martin Dies Jr. State Park . There are trails, fishing, hiking, boat rentals and swimming. Eat at some delightful local cafes and experience delicious southern style comfort food. Currently there is no WiFi available but you can use your hot spot, cell phone service is good for all providers . Parking is available . Guest access You will have access to the entire property. No parties or events No smoking Please wash and dry any dishes you use and put them back in the cabinets. We are on a septic system so all food scraps must go in the trash. Clean the kitchen counters, sink, top of the stove, and empty out the refrigerator of any food you have brought. Please wipe down the inside of the refrigerator. All trash in the kitchen and the bath needs to be removed from the house before you leave. No extra pillows or blankets. Do not overload washer. Pets: we only accept small dogs and only by pre-approval. No more than 1 pet. There’s a $45 pet fee.
