Guest access The house is a short walk away from the beach (3/4 mile along 94th St.). Grab a cup of Joe on your way to watch the sunrise on the beach at the Coffee Beanery. Your with in walking distance to multiple restaurants including Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets, Trattoria-Lombardi's, Kirby's Pub, Blue Fish, and the Jungle bar. Grocery and beach stores are near by to grab your food, drinks, and essentials for your day at the beach.
