Cozy house with a large, beautiful natural plot

We love our lovely little country house on the outskirts of Ulbølle. In the garden we have shelter, arrow hut, sandboxes, playhouses, football field and hammocks. We also have goats, chickens, cats and ducks. Inside, we have on the ground floor a large open and bright room with pine floors and a wood-burning stove. On the first floor, we have 3 bedrooms with room for 6 overnight stays. The space THE HOUSE AND GARDEN: 159 sqm, 3 bedrooms on the first floor, approx. 5 beds, kitchen/living room, large bathroom with bath and toilet. The garden is a large, beautiful natural plot of over 7,000 square meters with, among other things, a shelter, hammock, sandbox, soccer field, playhouses, trampoline, pizza oven, shed with covered terrace, fireplace, large swing set, as well as many cute goats, chickens, geese and cats. We live with 3 children (7, 11 and 14 years old) as well as mom and dad. Guest access THE SURROUNDINGS: Located in a small cozy village between Fåborg and Svendborg. Svendborg (12 km) is a larger provincial town with rich culture and commercial life. Here is (can be) super cozy and with a lot of atmosphere; art, concerts. Fåborg (12 km) is a very old and beautiful port city that, among other things, houses a magnificent harbor bath and one of Denmark's most beautiful art museums. From both towns you can sail to the small islands in the South Funen Archipelago. 10 min. walk to Daglig Brugsen - with lots of organic goods and a delicious cheese department 4 km to a cozy little beach with a jetty (sandy bottom at the end). 3 km to a small harbor - with an ice cream shop. Here you can also put your kayak in the water - ØHAVS STIEN is also a wonderful hiking route and Syltemae Ådal is a small paradise. 6 km to Gorilla Park (excellent climbing park for the whole family) 2 hours drive to Copenhagen and 2 hours to Legoland. 45 minutes to Odense, Denmark's 3rd Largest city, including perhaps the world's best zoo ;-) Other things to note (possibly including care of chickens, goats, the cat Villads, as well as the geese, Bodil, Jette and John, if you like) If you have any questions, please contact us at 51 32 86 56
