Beautiful vacation home rental property nestled in a quiet neighborhood with: four bedrooms (beds: king, two queen, two twin XLs, & two twins), 2 full bathrooms, in classic cape style house with comfortable living room and fully functioning kitchen & large 2nd floor deck with grill. This beautiful rental is your home away from home located in Moody (Wells), Maine, and is a short walk (1 mile) to Moody and Footbridge Beach and close to other Wells and Ogunquit beaches, restaurants, and shops. The space Bookings are accepted for Saturday to Saturday rental schedule during the summer. A minimum of at least 5 nights keeps or neighbors happy, while we offer a discount if you want to stay 7 nights or more! We have been renting the property on VRBO since 2021 (with over 10 weekly renters per summer) but have moved to AirBnB in 2024 as there is better pricing. This property combines the proximity to the beach and easy accessibility to other sites and sounds within the area. We have spent several months renovating the entire house inside and out starting in 2021, with newly refinished floors, completely repainted interior, all new furniture including all new bed frames and mattresses, refinished gigantic 2nd floor outdoor patio with exterior access, a converted spare room as a 4th bedroom, new 2nd floor bath and kitchen, and many other small cosmetic and functional upgrades. This quiet dead end street is a great place to spend your time when you are away from the beach and a perfect spot for families to enjoy. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and its property. The driveway fits 2-3 cars, while the garage holds beach chairs, bikes, and beach toys. Access to the property is provided with a key-coded lock on the mudroom door to enable not only easy entry upon arrival but also knowing with many guests, not everyone's schedules will be the same. Other things to note Outdoor Patio: As the sun dips below the horizon, gather around the on the 2nd floor large deck to share stories and create cherished memories. Grill: a propane grill is available for use on site on the patio. Parking: Convenient off-street parking ensures your vehicles are safe throughout your stay. Bikes: Explore the charming coastal town on complimentary bicycles. We recommend shuttling family down to the beach and then the driver returns to the house to return to the beach by bike to avoid dealing with parking! Beach Chairs: We provide beach chairs for your comfort and convenience for all!
