2 BR Dog-Friendly Resort Condo w/ Pool & Golf Cart

Come stay at this 2 BR condo in the highly coveted Savannah Shores complex located in the Arcadian Shores area near tons of shopping, restaurants and entertainment and a short golf cart ride (small fee) from the beach. The complex has first-class amenities including a pool, grilling area, tennis and volleyball courts, and even a putting green!!! The living room has a mounted TV, fireplace and pull out couch and the 2nd BR has bunkbeds. The unit is fully stocked for your beach/golf vacation. The space The condo is on the 2nd floor up a small set of stairs and is the first unit on the right as soon as you get to the top of the stairs. While there's no elevator it's only 15 steps and in my opinion is the best location of any unit as some people are weary of garden/1st floor units. Once inside, the main bedroom has a King bed and huge flatscreen TV on top of a dresser. The living room has a sectional couch and a separate pull out couch for an extra bed and also a flatscreen TV mounted above a fireplace. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and twin on top but also another full mattress below the bunk beds which you can pull out for another extra bed. There's also a Pack N Play in the living room should you want to use it plus an old school Nintendo with over 800 games. The unit also has an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave and every other kitchen amenity you could want. While the complex/unit is dog-friendly there's a 2 dog maximum per guest/unit. Also for the golf cart you must be 25 to use and if you're under 25 please inquire with me before booking the unit. Guest access The condo is in a secured/gated community (Savannah Shores) which you’ll access through a code I’ll be sending to your phone. The unit itself is secured by a Yale smart lock (each guest gets their own secure passcode). There's also free guest parking (two cars maximum per condo and no motorcycles allowed per the HOA rules) and guests will have access to all of the resort amenities including the pool, volleyball/tennis/shuffleboard courts, putting green, grills and gym. The condo also comes with use of a golf cart so long as you sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of your license, proof of insurance and a $250 mostly refundable deposit. For stays 3 days or less I'll return $200 and for stays 4 days or longer I'll return $150 (the rest I'll keep for routine maintenance; by way of comparison golf carts typically rent for $75-100/day and my resort/many others don't allow rental carts in them). Other things to note While check-in is listed at 4pm, if there’s an opportunity to check-in earlier (or check-out later) I’ll do my best to accommodate. If there’s not a guest checking out that same day it shouldn’t be an issue but sometimes my cleaners needs an extra hour (particularly because of pets) in order to get the place ready and I’d rather be safe than sorry. At a minimum you should be able to use the resort facilities (e.g., pool etc) and potentially even golf cart prior to 4pm. For the golf cart, while it's included in the price of your stay, if you plan to use it, it will require a $250 security deposit, proof of regular auto insurance and signing a liability waiver which states your insurance will be primary to my insurance. Also, you must be 25 to drive the golf cart and provide a copy of your driver’s license. This will be the same as any golf cart rental place in Myrtle Beach but with my golf cart you'll be able to take it to/from the condo (including to the beach, grocery store and Restaurant Row!) for the duration of your stay. Myrtle Beach does not permit golf carts to be driven more than three miles from their residence but the beach is only a mile away and plenty of restaurants/shops within driving distance too. Also of note while my place is pet-friendly I typically only allow dogs (2 dog maximum). If you have a pet other than a dog which you wish to bring, please reach out to me before booking. Finally, my place is fully stocked with everything you need for a beach/golf vacation (beach chairs/towels, toys for kids, tennis/pickleball rackets, vball and putter for the amenities, full set of golf clubs if you’d like to use, fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, utensils, coffee/snacks etc.). Soap, shampoo and body wash are also provided though please use conscientiously.
