Air-conditioned, it consists of a room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, functional kitchenette, a renovated bathroom, and a south-facing terrace overlooking the wooded Ponant neighborhood and Allée Cavalière which connects the neighborhood to the city center (10-minute walk). Enjoy the Ponant pond and its relaxing green setting, and its restaurants! The space The Residence has several free spaces within the residence. Otherwise, the Ponant district is completely free to park in! Other things to note The residence has a bicycle storage room. In the apartment you will find the remote control to open the gate and be able to park your car in one of the free access spaces in the residence (availability not guaranteed).
