Lull yourself to sleep watching the Smart TV. Also on the second floor, you’ll find the bright and cheerful Double-Double Bedroom with 2 double beds, a dresser, and luggage rack. The third-floor Loft Bedroom, with its king bed is tucked under the eaves and flanked by bedside tables with lamps and is perfect for those seeking the ultimate privacy. Refresh and rejuvenate in the Queen Bedroom’s bathroom with sculptural standalone soaking tub with a window view, a glass walk-in shower, and a vanity sink. The delightful second floor enclosed sun porch will have two sets of bunkbeds. An inflatable mattress and futon are available in the second-floor landing sitting area to accommodate additional sleeping needs. The bathroom on the second floor features a tub/shower combo. No parties allowed in this unit we do have to be noise aware and ask that guests use good judgement and be kind neighbors. Please help by keeping quiet hours after 11PM. Pets allowed with $50/pet/stay fee. ***We welcome children, but please note, the house is NOT baby-proofed for infants/babies. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.) We also do not have a pack and play/portable crib, so guests will need to bring their own and are solely responsible for keeping a close eye on children.*** ***Check-in is after 4 p.m.; guests must check out by 10 a.m. so that we can clean/prepare for our next renters before they arrive. (Note: We will try to accommodate early arrival/late check out requests, but the cleaning crew often requires the full time between guests if we have back-to-back bookings.)
