The space The villa is accessible via a paved path that opens into a clearing surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. The house’s architecture is designed to lead visitors on a journey of discovery. The entrance to the property is located at the back, allowing the observer’s gaze to gradually unfold to reveal the spectacular panorama that defines it. At the front of the villa is a covered veranda, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for dining outdoors. In front of it lies the wonderful infinity pool, with an irregular shape, surrounded by a relaxation area equipped with sun beds where you can enjoy the tranquility, immersed in the scents of the Mediterranean vegetation and admire the beautiful summer sunsets over the sea. Internally, the house's decor clearly reflects the characteristics of Mediterranean architecture, featuring white tones that highlight the texture of the natural wood chosen for the windows, interior details, and furniture. The living room is centered around an elegant masonry fireplace made of natural stone, with a long white sofa along the wall and comfortable wicker armchairs. The frame above the fireplace is crafted from fine solid wood, the same used for the creation of the railing that accompanies the stairs leading to the upper floor, as well as the majestic dining table and chairs. The wood merges with elements of Sardinian tradition, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, also in the bedrooms. The villa has 2 double bedrooms and 1 room with two single beds, all enhanced by decorations from the local tradition, such as the precious bedspreads, a result of the refined Sardinian textile craftsmanship. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Villa la Luce di Nadir is located in the village of Torre delle Stelle, in the territory of South Sardinia, which looks like a soft promontory dotted with houses and populated above all in the summer season. This sinuous hill dominates the Gulf of the Angels and includes two of the best beaches in South Sardinia: Cann'e Sisa, which is 1.3 km from the villa and is characterized by the greenery that surrounds it, the white sand, the shallow water and the infinite shades of blue of its waters, and the Genn'e Mari beach which is 1.1 km from the villa and is made up of small multicolored pebbles. Both beaches are equipped for every need and, on windy days, are the destination of many kite and wind surfing lovers. Furthermore, further west you can find the coast that hosts the beach of Kal'e Moru very popular for its dunes and perfect for surf lovers on mistral days. Guest access The property consists of two distinct units with independent entrances. The first floor of the property is typically used as the residence of the owners and is not rented out to third parties. The property also features a Jacuzzi, which is for the exclusive use of the first-floor tenants. The infinity pool, however, is reserved exclusively for guests of Luce di Nadir. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request, subject to approval and an extra fee, provided they do not go on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property grounds for their needs. To be paid at check-in: - Tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival according to the regulations of the Municipality. - Any pending balance required. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the swimming pool are subject to changes depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions, and approval by the property owners. For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the recycling regulations and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be sorted into separate bags for organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of any remaining waste. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of €250.00 being withheld. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750,00 will be pre-authorised on your credit card. This amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank’s processing times) at the end of your stay.
