The space Villa la Luce di Nadir is located in the village of Torre delle Stelle, in the territory of South Sardinia, which looks like a soft promontory dotted with houses and populated above all in the summer season. This sinuous hill dominates the Gulf of the Angels and includes two of the best beaches in South Sardinia: Cann'e Sisa, which is 1.3 km from the villa and is characterized by the greenery that surrounds it, the white sand, the shallow water and the infinite shades of blue of its waters, and the Genn'e Mari beach which is 1.1 km from the villa and is made up of small multicolored pebbles. Both beaches are equipped for every need and, on windy days, are the destination of many kite and wind surfing lovers. Furthermore, further west you can find the coast that hosts the beach of Kal'e Moru very popular for its dunes and perfect for surf lovers on mistral days. The engaging character of the style is shown to the observer in every room of the property, starting from the living area made of a long white wall-mounted sofa surrounded by comfortable wicker armchairs, an exposed stone fireplace surmounted by a precious dark wood lintel, the same wood used both for the creation of the elegant and refined railing that accompanies the stairs and the majestic table and the traditional chairs that surround it, located in the dining room. The value of the wood blends with the wisdom of tradition, creating a unique furnishings in the bedrooms. In fact, the villa features two double bedrooms and one with two single beds, all embellished with objects from past history and characterised by pastel colours of the shades of the sea and precious handcrafted bedspreads, the result of the refined Sardinian textile art. All these features are wisely higlighted by the abundance of light which accentuates the sot contrasts, giving the entire structure a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 750.00 euro will be held by credit card. This amount will be released automatically (according to your bank's schedule) at the end of your stay. In the event that damage are found or the rules of the villa are not observed, the agency reserves the right to retain the amount corresponding to the resulting damage. City tax to be paid in cash upon arrival, according to the Municipality's regulations.
