Family, kid, and dog friendly! The space This hill country home is 2032 SQFT and on one acre at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is the perfect place to relax with friends and the whole family and enjoy the peace and quiet of Austin Hill Country. Pet friendly! Up to 2 dogs allowed for additional $100 fee. This recently renovated home has an open floor with lots of light, new furnishings, and lots of amenities. Bedroom #1 - The primary suite offers views of the pool and backyard. There is a plush king bed, large Smart TV, and reading corner. The master bath offers dual vanities, separate tub and shower. There is also a large walk in closet with iron and ironing board. Shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion provided and plenty of plush towels. Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, closet, near guest bathroom Bedroom #3 - Queen bed, closet, near guest bathroom Bedroom #4/office - Daybed with 2 twin mattresses, desk, closet, adjacent to half-bath. All beds have high quality white linens, down alternative comforters, and an assortment of pillows. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, room darkening curtains, and new carpet. The living room has a comfy couch and leather chair as well as large Smart TV. Fast WiFi allows you to connect to all your favorite streaming providers. Using the fireplace is not permitted. In the kitchen, there is a full-size refrigerator and full set of stainless steel pots and pans, plenty of dishes, cups and wineglasses. Olive oil, S&P, and more in the pantry as well as basic condiments in the fridge. *Coffee bar* - there is a Keurig with unlimited K-cups, cream and sugar. Pool is not heated, but pool is available for year round use and cleaned once per week. We provide pool towels. There is a propane outdoor grill and a Solo stove (outdoor fire pit). We provide one tank of propane. Guests are responsible for bringing their own firewood. This is a non-smoking property. 8 guest maximum, including children. Extra fee for additional guests. We do not allow parties for insurance and liability reasons, unless prior permission is given from owner. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station in garage, which is available for guests to use. Security cameras are installed outside the front door and outside the garage Guest access Guests have full access to the property except the front hallway closet where we keep extra supplies. Guests may use garage. Keypad is located on the outside of the garage. Owner can give code upon check-in. It’s a safe, friendly and quiet neighborhood, please drive slow as there are often children playing outside and lots of deer. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Please don't park on the grass. The property is less than 1 mile to Chapel Dulcinea and less than 5 miles to Salt Lick BBQ, Fall Creek Vineyards, EVO cinemas, Torchy’s Tacos, and other restaurants at Belterra Village. Approx 30 minutes from the Austin International Airport and Downtown Austin. There is limited Uber/car service in the area. Other things to note Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and a $100 fee. Please request as soon as possible. The property is on a septic system.
