The house has been renovated in an environmentally friendly way with healthy materials. It is on 3 levels composed as follows: >> DRC: - living room, living / dining room, - Equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine), - dry toilets on the ground floor and water on the other 2 floors >> FLOOR 1 - Bedroom with 160cm bed - Bedroom with 140cm bed - Shower room with water toilet - Workspace with desk on the landing >> FLOOR 2 - Bedroom with 160cm bed + 90cm rollaway bed if needed - Bedroom with 140 cm bed + 90 cm bed - Bathroom with water toilet + baby equipment possible if needed > EXTERIOR: A terrace for every hour of the day - one to the south - one to the west connected to the kitchen and a small garden lounge with deckchairs to be placed by the river Everything you need for the barbecue too!
