The space Tucked in a peaceful corner of York, this beautifully renovated period home, dating back to the 1890s, offers two floors of comfortable living space. With two double bedrooms and a sofa bed, it accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for families. A high chair and travel cot are available upon request. ✨ The Space ✨ The front living room serves as a tranquil retreat with a queen-sized sofa bed (available upon request). The rear kitchen and second reception room are open-plan, creating a sociable space with two comfy sofas, a Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, hob, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A breakfast bar for three doubles as a work station. Upstairs, you’ll find two cosy bedrooms and a modern shower room with a rainfall shower. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, and ample storage, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized Ottoman bed with shelving and a hanging rail. Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. PARKING Parking is available for one car and must be requested 48 hours before the guests check in. You'll need to provide the car registration, make and model for us to allocate the permit. This is a digital business permit. FAMILY FACILITIES A highchair, travel cot and mattress are provided. Guests are welcome to make use of the additional facilities however I politely ask that the travel cot is packed down and then returned back to its original place of storage before you check out. Don’t forget to bring their own cot bedding. Please make sure the highchair is wiped down after use and also stored away. Thank you. INCLUDED IN THE STAY: For each stay we provide a bath towel and hand towel for each guest, a bath mat and a tea towel. We also provide a welcome pack to get guests starting including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and sugar. A dishwasher tablet, washing capsule, sponge scourer, J-cloth, bin bags and toiletries including soap and body wash.
