A home away from home-work & play

We are a concept that allows you to work and play. We have many private rooms as well as some shared. We want our residents to enjoy this hidden gem that we call home. We are situated in the middle of Batumi. Literally, we are a 5 minute walk to the beach, a three minute walk to the lake and 8 minutes to Old Town and yet, we are a home. We are selective and hope to have techies and travelers like us that enjoy the space, and all of the living that comes with it. We have 4 bathrooms.
