The space Other things to note: Before you book, here’s what you need to know: This is my personal home, not a typical holiday rental. I live here with my two kids and our cat (he won’t be present during your stay, but if you’re allergic, that’s important to know). The apartment is located in a lively Lisbon neighborhood, so you might hear the usual city sounds — including traffic and planes overhead. This is a residential building with families, and the wooden floors make sound travel easily. It’s absolutely essential to keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. No loud music, no dragging furniture, no parties. Treat this home with the same care you’d want in yours. I’ll meet you in person to hand over the keys — usually at casauma, my tattoo & piercing studio nearby. If you’re arriving outside shop hours, just message me to coordinate. There’s no water boiler, but you’ll find a microwave, espresso machine, hair dryer, shampoo, and basic home essentials like coffee, salt, olive oil, body wash etc. Because this is where I live, you’ll feel that comfort in the small details. There’s no designated parking space, but street parking in this area is free of charge — no meters, no paid zones. Just regular residential parking. Other things to note This is my personal apartment, not a full-time rental. I open up a few dates when I’m out of town, so you’re staying in a real Lisbon home — not a hotel. Please be extra mindful of the neighbors. This is a quiet, residential building, and it’s very important to me that no one is disturbed. I live on the third floor with no elevator, so when arriving or leaving, please take extra care when carrying luggage up or down the stairs. Please Note: Due to our central location, you may notice some of the city’s lively energy, including street noise and occasional sounds from passing planes. This is part of the charm of staying in such a vibrant area, where the city’s pulse is always present. We provide soundproof windows to help ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
