Built in 1904 by Lemuel Shattuck and Jacob Schmid, this imposing 3 story building was touted as Bisbee's "first skyscraper" and originally housed Lemuel's magnificent saloon - The Shattuck. Today, this grand building is home to the Bisbee Brownstone - 6 spacious condo style suites, each unique and meticulously appointed. Located on Brewery Gulch, in the heart of downtown Historic Bisbee, we are within walking distance to Bisbee's finest Galleries, Restaurants, Shops and Entertainment venues. The space With it's exposed brick walls, warm wood flooring, granite countertops, full kitchen, modern appliances and bright, spacious, bedroom - our beautiful Loft Suite 202 has all the feel of a New York city loft. Located on the second floor of the inn, this spacious suite (600 sq. ft.) is the first of our 2 story rooms to have undergone a complete "Signature Brownstone" remodel. The first floor is comprised of a large, gorgeous living space, separate dining area, laptop friendly breakfast bar, and full, modern kitchen. The spiral staircase leads up to the beautiful, bright and airy king bedroom and ensuite bathroom. This room also has a ductless mini-split HVAC unit on both levels.
