In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset! The space Available to you on site: - A shared outdoor garden. On the ground floor, a large living room accommodates a sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, wood stove and dining area with a dining table and 4 comfortable chairs. On the same level is the fully equipped kitchen, utensils and dishes, ceramic hobs, range hood, microwave, kettle, DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker (we provide you with some capsules), fridge with built-in freezer. The bathroom consists of a vanity unit, shower and toilet. Upstairs, a large bedroom area with a double bed and a desk. The house is equipped with WiFi.
