Minutes to Lucky Peak Lake for beaches, hiking, paddle boarding, boating, and fishing. Winter brings snowshoeing, snowmobiling from the cabin, and nearby hot springs. The space Guest Booking & Requirements: Please enter the correct number of guests when booking, as rates adjust based on occupancy. Additional guests may be added at any time, and partial-stay guests are prorated at 175 percent of the additional-guest rate. A signed short-term lease and a photo ID are required prior to arrival. Seasonal Access & Winter Transportation: From April through November 1, standard 2WD vehicles are sufficient. During winter (approximately November 1 to March 31), AWD or 4WD vehicles with snow tires are required. Chains may be necessary a few times each season during icy conditions. If conditions require it, you may park at the base of the mountain and meet our co-host Troy for a complimentary round-trip shuttle to the cabin. Additional shuttle trips are available for $30 per trip. Upon arrival at the cabin, our co-host Tim will greet you. Please message us for current road conditions or to schedule shuttle service. Snow is plowed once accumulation reaches 6–10 inches. Location The cabin is located 6 miles up Rocky Mountain Road from Highway 21 and 3 miles from Robie Creek Park / Lucky Peak Lake. Relax in the cliff-side spa or venture to the hidden Secret Spa. In season, gather around the fire pits or enjoy a massage on the covered front patio’s massage table. Guest access Guest can assess all parts of the home and property with exception to the following closed off areas: 1. Master bedroom closet. 2. Garage. Other things to note Your personal email is required in order to send you the E-Sign Link for the short-term rental agreement that must be signed. Additionally, you will be required to phone text, message here or email your government issued photo ID to the host. Like a hotel requires. Failure or delay in submitting your ID and signing the rental agreement will forfeit or delay your access to the property. No refund will be given in whole or partial. We as hosts need your cooperation for any accidents you may have in the property. Please cleanup any spilled liquid as quickly as possible. If you have and accident or damage/break something, please let us know so we can get you a quote for any replacement or repairs. Please send and Airbnb message to inform us. Thank you. During the winter, snowmobiles, snowshoeing, cross country skiing or hiking/walking are the best-known methods. During all other seasons you may enjoy SUV, 4x4, ATV, OHV, dirt bikes, horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking/walking, etc. Use of Lucky Peak Reservoir may require you to register your boat, kayak and paddle board. You may need to purchase a recreation tag(s). Please ask your local recreation outlet for details and purchase your tag(s) ahead of time. 4x4, ATV, OHV, dirt bikes CANNOT be ridden around the 5-acre property due to liability and erosion. Please make sure all your guests are informed of this. You may come and go on your 4x4s, ATV, OHV and dirt bikes, just be sure you stay on the road until you are on BLM land or a trail systems. Please do not peel out or kick rocks around the cabin driveway. Below you will see several activities nearby to operate your 4x4s, ATV, OHV and dirt bikes. Thank you. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are in Idaho City, 25 miles north on Highway 21, or in the city of Boise, 25 miles south on Highway 21. Hilltop station is a restaurant and small convenient store, 15 miles/30 min away, hours of operation for the restaurant change based on season and occupancy.
