This fee does not include the common/shared spaces which are cleaned every two weeks. All spaces are professionally cleaned by a COVID-19-certified cleaning company. The cleaning fee also guarantees one set of essentials (toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and hand soap). After one set is used, it is your responsibility to buy more, we do not replenish. Similarly, we continue to encourage guests to please inform/ report incidents of common/ shared areas being left messy, this is to ensure we are able to address them as needed and ensure a 5-star stay for you all. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in is from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out is until 10 am. We’d really appreciate it if you could stick to these times. If you’d like to request the earliest check-in or the latest checkout, please contact us through Airbnb. However, please be informed that we may not be able to grant your request if we have a same-day check-in/check-out. Also, add $50 to each request. There are no exceptions to the price. LONG TERM GUESTS (28 days or more) If your stay exceeds 28 days you are considered a long-term guest. All of the same rules apply, however, a mandatory cleaning will occur every 28 days. Please make sure that our cleaners can properly clean the room on this cleaning date. If for any reason they are not able to clean it will result in a cancellation of your stay with no refund. We do not replenish any essentials, you are responsible for your own essentials after the first set we provide is used. MONTHLY/WEEKLY DISCOUNTS: We already offer weekly and monthly discounts to those who book for weeks or months. There are not any additional discounts we offer on top of this. QUIET TIME HOURS Our quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am, so outside of those hours, there may be some noise of regular daily living. We are not an exceptionally loud family, though we are moving about throughout the day. If you think this might be an issue, we recommend using a sound machine or grabbing some earplugs. Booking this listing means you agree to fill out a rental agreement and submit a copy of your ID to receive your check-in instructions. If you do not agree to these terms then do not book.
