This is a great, clean, 2 bedroom house that has just been furnished and with all new furniture. There are two new queen sized Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. I’ve had a blast decorating it and am very happy with how it has turned out and have not skimped anywhere. There is a nice sitting area in the back yard with a small dining table. Stacked washer and dryer with soap is included. The house is a 3 minute walk to Enloe Hospital and one mile from Chico State / downtown. The space There are soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Fast Wi-Fi included. There is an Apple TV that can be used as well.
