Set in a canopy of greenery, there are no direct neighbors on either side. Enjoy this newly renovated cottage with a comfortable kitchen, bath and living area. The screened in porch makes for a pleasant evening. The Phoebe is a comfortable family getaway. While staying at the Phoebe, you will find a picnic table, a 14' boat and your own private dock; so, feel free to bring your canoes, kayaks or jet skis to pop in the water. In addition, there are a couple of Adirondack chairs to relax in as you roast marshmallows over your private fire-pit.
