Tippecanoe also has kayak and canoe rentals available! The space Queit, peaceful and very spacious! We are located only 20 minutes from the very popular Marshall County Blueberry Festival held every year Labor day weeekemd! About 15 minutes from Culver lake for swimming, park, ice cream or a walk through the gorgeous Culver, IN downtown. 40 minutes from South Bend, IN airport. We also have Koontz lake which is about 15 minutes away for great fishing spots! Swan lake resort 13 minutes away.. these are just a few, you can do your own research and find lots more depending what your interests are. Guest access The entire upstairs home is yours to privately use including the back yard and deck. The only things off limits will be the GARAGE, BASEMENT and large RED BARN in the back of the property are OFF LIMITS. thank you! Other things to note There are couple of crock pots, air fryer plenty of dishes pots and pans silverware pretty much everything you need to accommodate your stay. We offer a concierge service as long as you inform us at time of booking. large coolers not allowed in side the house please leave them outside on the patio. FYI Hosts occupy the Barn-a-minion roughly 80 yards from the back of the house.
