Thoughtfully styled, every part of this oasis is special - with a chef’s kitchen, 6 bedrooms, an outdoor shower, lawn games, fire pit and private deck nestled in the red rocks, all with a city view. Welcome to our desert oasis in the heart of Dixie! The perfect place for a retreat with family and friends. The space THE HOUSE There are 6 bedrooms, 10 beds and 4 baths. The house works well for a large family or group of friends. All beds outfitted with bamboo sheets and linen duvets. The fully stocked kitchen and cosy living room is sure to inspire. THE YARD While staying here, the house will be your private oasis, so feel free to explore the yard (we are on almost 4 acres). An outdoor smokeless fire pit sits just off the primary suite, as well as an outdoor BBQ grill. The house sits on 3 natural springs, so enjoy the large green grass area for lawn games and the outdoor shower from mountain spring water. Don’t miss having dinner under the stars nestled against the red rocks! Other things to note No weddings, receptions, parties, or commercial events are allowed unless previously approved by the host. Weddings are considered events regardless of guest count or whether attendees are staying overnight. Any wedding or event use must be booked through a separate agreement and will require an additional fee, signed contract, and proof of event insurance. Photoshoots, film productions, and any commercial use must also be approved in advance. Unauthorized events may result in additional charges and/or cancellation of your reservation.
