The open living room has a large Smart TV with Spectrum cable and a decorative fireplace. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters and everything you need to cook, with a dining table for the group. Out back, the huge fenced yard has a covered patio with ping pong, an outdoor sectional and a propane BBQ. Also included: central A/C and heat, fast Spectrum 500 Mbps Wi-Fi with a work-friendly setup, and a washer and dryer. MONTHLY STAYS . Pets: 1 non-shedding dog is welcome. Please keep dog hair off beds and furniture. Easy keypad self check-in. The whole house and the fenced backyard are yours. Park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. The garage is not available to guests. We give you complete privacy with keypad self check-in. We're available anytime by message through the app and respond quickly, and our local team can be at the home quickly if anything needs attention. • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. • Maximum 8 guests. • No smoking. • Pets: 1 non-shedding dog is welcome. The garage is not available. • Trash: please take the bins to the curb Wednesday night and bring them back in Thursday after pickup. • For your safety, there is one Ring floodlight camera covering the front driveway.
