Our newly renovated townhouse is located on the beautiful Island of Perdido Key, one of the best "family" beaches in the Florida panhandle, a short walk to Orange beach. Spectacular ocean front townhouse with beautiful sunsets enjoyed from your own private patio. Walk out the front door and you are on the private beach! Only a 2 minute walk to Flora-Bama! You may even enjoy Dolphin watching from the bedroom window. The space Sleeping arrangements: Master: King (sleeps 2) 2nd bedroom: Queen (sleeps 2) 3rd bedroom: 2 Twin (sleeps 2) Living Room: Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 2) On-site amenities: Grilling area (Bring your own grill) For beach equipment we provide 4 chairs and 1 umbrella for our guests to use. Keyless Doorlock. Must be 21 years old to rent. No smoking unit. No Pets. Parking: Free on site. Three spots available. Two spots directly under the unit; one spot at the entrance near the gate. Directions: Located between Spanish Key (on East) and Atlantis (on West) Guest access You get the entire space! Other things to note Please remember there are two flights of stairs inside the townhouse. The first to get you from floor level to living space, kitchen, half bath and 2 balconies; the second to get you to the bedrooms (sleeping spaces), bathrooms, balcony.
