Bosun's Bude

Welcome to Bosun's - an idyllic coastal retreat. Our newly converted self-catering annex is light and comfortable. Within 6 minutes walk of the beach it offers an unrivalled location for the ultimate seaside escape. All at ground level and fully self-contained, Bosun's layout is practical and accessible. There's off road parking for your car. It's nestled close to the pristine sandy beaches and South Coast Path where you can explore, enjoy board sports or simply relax and take in the scenery. The space We finished converting Bosun's last year to create stylish, self-catering accomodation. It is set well back from the residential road and the driveway provides free parking for your car. It has a light and airy open plan living-kitchen area with breakfast bar and south facing picture window. There's ample space to relax on the comfortable sofa or designer chair. A coffee table chest contains board games, books and an information folder. The main entrance has coat hooks and shoe storage space. Just off the entrance you'll find the bedroom and separate shower room. The bedroom comprises: a kingsize bed with hybrid mattress, modern bedlinen, bedside chests, clothes rack and underbed wicker storage boxes. A sliding door gives access to the outside drying and storage area with bistro table & chairs for a relaxed coffee or drink after a days exploring or relaxing. The shower room offers a large glass shower enclosure; w.c; vanity unit; heated towel rail and large backlit, anti-misting mirror. Guest access We are fortunate to have a long driveway which is shared with the family - Bosun's guests will be able to park right outside the annex during the duration of their stay. This not only makes unpacking and packing easy but avoids the need for using on-road parking or local car parks which get very busy during the summer. Access to Bosun's is via the main door ( situated to the right of the annex). A key safe is provided when required. Other things to note Bosun's is adjacent to our family home which we have lived in for over 20 years. We have a young Labrador retriever called Caesar too. For your convenience, we also provide beach towels (stored in the chest) to use whilst you are visiting. **Not suitable for children or infants**
