THE ALLEY 7 is a 69 sqm apartment on one floor with a balcony. Everything is located in a small courtyard a stone's throw from the lake. The apartment includes: a bedroom, a private bathroom, kitchen, living room with possible sofa bed for 2 more guests. The apartment is a stone's throw from the lake, restaurants/bars and beach. The space The apartment is located on the first floor and is on one floor. To reach it you have to go up a small flight of stairs and you will find a gate that opens onto the balcony to access the apartment. The alley 7 consists of: - a bedroom with a double bed (sheets are provided) and a closet (possibility to use the iron). -a private bathroom with washing machine (detergent provided), shower (with shampoo, shower gel, wipes all provided), sink (hand soap provided), bidet and toilet (toilet paper on site). -in the kitchen you will find all the basic necessities for cooking (pots, plates, pans, etc.). There is also a traditional oven, microwave, a coffee maker with respective pods, kettle with tea/herbal teas. In the kitchen, in a small corner, there is a high table with two stools to relax and enjoy coffee or work on a PC. -The living room is divided from the kitchen and you can find another table for four people where you can enjoy meals together. It is also equipped with: - TV - sofa that becomes a sofa bed for two. - From the living room, as from the kitchen, you can access the terrace where you will find two tables where you can enjoy an intimate space and enjoy an aperitif and relax a stone's throw from the lake. -THE ALLEY 7 is ideal for couples or families who want to discover our fabulous territory, but also for those who need to travel for work or medical care (It is a 5-minute walk to the San Martino Clinic and a 15-minute walk to the Mangioni Clinic in Lecco) -The apartment is centrally located within walking distance of the lake. You just have to walk down the alley and you can immediately admire the beauty of the lake and the mountains. INFO: - The apartment also has a high chair and a camping bed for a child*. To be able to use it, at least 24 hours' notice is required before arrival. - In case of long stays, you can request cleaning (with related linen changes) at an additional cost. - If the reservation is for two people and you need two different beds, at least 24 hours' notice is required. (If you do not give notice in time, the addition of the sofa bed on the same day is not guaranteed) Guest access Access to the house will be through self check-in. On the day of your stay, I will send you all the details and codes to access the apartment. Other things to note - At check-in, all guests (including minors) will be asked to provide their ID card details as per protocol. - Free parking is a 3-minute walk away. Otherwise, paid parking is available right in front of the house. - For short stays, you can leave the trash in the designated containers, while for long stays, you'll be sent information on where to put the bags.
