The space This home shares a wall with another smaller apartment in the same building, where your host currently resides. You have your own private entrance and two mostly covered parking spaces (left side). Guest access You'll have the 2-bedroom apartment on the left side, and you'll have private lockable access to the shared laundry room in the apartment. The house and fenced in back yard are not accessible for guests and most likely have other guests occupying. Other things to note If you have a pet, we're ok with that - please know that there is plenty of grass around but the area is not fenced in. We kindly ask that you accompany your pet anytime that it's outside, clean up after it right away, make sure it stays off the furniture inside the apartment, and is not left alone unless it is kenneled.
