Out back, a large covered patio offers another relaxed gathering space, complete with a soothing hot tub that can be enjoyed rain or shine. Evenings here tend to linger. With three full bathrooms, The Pink Haus makes it easy for groups to get ready and relax comfortably — no waiting in line. Sleeping Arrangements Three spacious bedrooms and three full baths provide comfort and privacy for your group: • Primary Bedroom: King bed • Bedroom Two: Two queen beds • Bedroom Three: Full bed Two additional queen beds are thoughtfully positioned in a designed sleeping nook at the end of the living area, offering flexible accommodations for larger groups. All beds feature quality mattresses, crisp cotton linens, plush pillows, and cozy blankets for restful nights after full Fredericksburg days. Each sleeping space includes ceiling fans, vanity tables, makeup mirrors, and smart TVs for added comfort and convenience. Family Friendly While the house naturally draws women celebrating together, guests of all ages are welcome. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the pack-and-play, high chair, stroller, and small selection of toys available to make your stay easier and more relaxed. Pet Friendly Well-behaved pups are welcome too. The fully fenced yard offers secure outdoor space, and thoughtful touches help your pet feel at home. A $65 pet fee per stay applies. Welcome to The Pink Haus of Fredericksburg Guest access Guests enjoy full access to the home, as well as the front and backyard areas for relaxing and gathering. A backyard shed and one interior storage closet are reserved for the owner’s use and remain locked. For added peace of mind, exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and side entry doors. There are no cameras inside the home. The private driveway accommodates up to three vehicles, with additional street parking available directly in front of the property for extra cars. Other things to note Your comfort and peace of mind are important to us. The home is professionally cleaned and carefully prepared after every stay to ensure a fresh and welcoming arrival. For entertainment, you’ll find board games for all ages, along with a selection of toys for young guests. Families traveling with little ones may also use the pack-and-play, high chair, and stroller available on-site. Flexible check-in and check-out may be available when scheduling allows. If you have a request, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. To maintain the comfort and quality of the home for all guests, an additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair is left on furniture. The Pink Haus offers a unique Hill Country setting.
