In just 50 meters you can reach the famous Balbi arch and thus the central main square of the dreamlike city of Rovinj. Here you have the complete view over the harbor and the promenade with its numerous restaurants. The city beaches are also within a few meters and invite you to swim. The space After a great day of discovery, relax in our lovingly furnished ISTRIEN studio. The large comfortable double bed has pillows in different thicknesses, storage space for your clothes and a safe for your personal valuables. The brand new bathroom has a washbasin, a toilet, a barrier-free shower with a rain shower and provides you with soaps, shampoo and hairdryer. The whole studio can be heated or cooled to your comfort temperature with the modern air conditioning.
