Our loft is located in historic walls. More than 125 years ago, the area, which is characterized by 2-story half-timbered buildings, was used by the imperial military. Today we can provide you with a cozy accommodation here in a new guise and freshly renovated. The space The approximately 95 sqm apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2023. It offers you a very large central room in which the open kitchen, the dining area, the living area and a niche with a double bed are accommodated. In this light-flooded room equipped with old plank floors, there is more than enough space for a maximum of 6-8 guests. In addition to this large living room, where 2 guests can sleep on a double bed in the sleeping alcove and on a sofa bed, there are 2 very small bedrooms - one of them a walk-through room - each equipped with comfortable double beds. The apartment also offers a new shower room. Our apartment is an ideal starting point for exploring the whole city due to the good connection to public transport and the parking lot directly at the building. The largest park in Hamburg - the Volkspark - with the adjacent Volkspark Stadium and the Barclays Arena are just a few minutes' walk away. Waitzstraße, Ottensen, the Schanze, the city center and the Elbe are also very easy to reach from us. Guest access The entire apartment with its own kitchen, a small balcony and new bathroom is at your disposal. Public transport: Bus lines 2 and 3 are a few minutes' walk away.
