Pine Cabin features pine walls in the bedroom with a king size bed, 1 twin bed, sofa sleeper couch, TV, 1 bathroom (towels provided), and stocked kitchen. Enjoy the water view from the dining room. Wifi and YouTube Live TV provided. One side of a 16 foot boat dock is included along with firewood for summer fires, kayaks and row boat to use. This is one of four cottages on the property. Parking is available in front of the cabin and next to the cabin. Patio furniture, charcoal grill, and fire-pit are included during the summer. Kayaks and row boat are first come first serve to use for free. Bring your boat! Enjoy shared frontage on the Eagle River Chain with the use of 1 side of a 16 foot long boat slip. You are a 5 minute boat ride to Watersmeet Lake or a 15 minute boat ride to Yellow Birch Lake and the rest of the Chain of Lakes! We live close by if you need anything. Clean & Great Value! You are about 150 feet off of HWY 70 so there is some potential for highway noise but during winter months, HWY 70 is one of the first roads plowed ensuring you easy in and out access to enjoy the snowmobile season! The large, open backyard is nice and quiet at the waterfront. Only 1 mile west of the Eagle River city limits.
