Nearly 2,000 sq feet of grand home is yours to enjoy. New kitchen. Dining room and living room (with smart TV) have high ceilings, glittering chandeliers, lots of light. Hallway features half bath, utility closet, & work nook. 3 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry upstairs. Sleeps 5-6, depending on your group (check bedrooms to see). Access to large fenced yard and deck included. We stock coffee and tea for guests booking in advance, and you’ll find various seasonings and staples in the cupboards. The space You get a whole apartment, parking on site, and access to the dog-friendly yard. The other side of this duplex is a midwifery office and “birth-n-breakfast” birth center. We expect a few births a month. If your sleep is disturbed by primal sounds from the other side we’ll issue a partial refund. Please pick up after your dogs, and don’t leave traces of smoking behind. The deck has a table and chairs. No outdoor cooking facilities are provided, but you're welcome to set up your own. A small Wegman’s is 20 minutes away in Elmira, and the one in Ithaca (40 minutes) is comprehensive. Ithaca also offers Greenstar natural food co-op, Trader Joe’s, Win-Li Asian market, and more.
