A lovely detached family friendly home, furnished to a good standard and located on a quiet cul de sac, 10 minutes walk from all amenities and the lovely Trearddur Bay beach. The house is ideal for families seeking a beach holiday in one of Anglesey's premier villages. Available throughout the year, whatever the season you will find plenty to do and see in the local area. We have worked hard to provide everything you should need for a comfortable stay. Free WIFI available throughout the house. The space The house sleeps up to 6 adults and 4 children. This is due to there being bunk beds in the loft room (Kids Den) which are only suitable for children/ teenagers due to a weight limit and also to them being in the eaves and therefore having limited head space. On the middle floor you will find a king sized bedroom with en-suite and two further bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Downstairs is a nice cosy living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a warm fire for those chillier evenings. There is a well equipped kitchen with a dining area off it. There is enough seating for 10 people to dine comfortably. Off the kitchen is a downstairs WC with a door to the outside and garage. Please note there is a small enclosed garden area with a nice patio for outside dining. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are more than welcome at the property but please be aware that there is no grassed area. There is parking for up to 3 cars at the front of the house. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. There are two locked cupboards in the loft room for owners use only. Guests have access to the house with a front door key that can be found in the key safe next to the garage. Please note due to the bunk beds being in the attic and therefore have limited head space, these beds are only suitable for children and teenagers. Other things to note In the garage you will find a freezer/ fridge and tumble dryer which can be used by guests. There is also a bbq for guest use. Please remember to leave this clean as possible after use. There is also an outside storage chest where you will find the outdoor furniture cushions. Please do remember to return these after use. There will be an additional charge for any left out or requiring specific cleaning. This has a padlock on and the code can be found in the information folder.
