If more than 2 guests, 1 second bedroom (12 m2) with a 140 cm bed suitable for 1 person or 2 children, wardrobe and shelves. Private bathroom and toilet on the landing. Access to garden and living room. Possibility to leave bicycles in a closed garage. Breakfast included The space I'm renting out 2 bedrooms in the house where I live. Breakfast is included in the price. The entrance is shared, you will have a key to come and go at your convenience. You can park your car under the porch in front of the house, in case of a second vehicle it is very easy to park on the street. There is little traffic in the neighborhood, only residents circulate there. The house has a large garage if you want to leave bikes. Guest access In addition to the rooms, you will have access to a shower room (not shared with other people), basic products (soap, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer) are at your disposal. Bed and bath linens are provided. The upstairs bathroom is private, the living room, terrace and garden are at your disposal.
