A very pleasant holiday opportunity with family and friends in the new, high-quality, most prestigious site of the neighborhood. In the morning, the sun can be watched from the sea, 3-4 minutes☀️ to the sea. There is flat and very comfortable coastal bike & walking path. There are large markets under and near the compound and a neighborhood market once a week. It is a rich area with cafes and restaurants away from the crowds of the city. The house is hot because it heats up with natural gas in the winters; even when the windows are open in the summers, it is cool and there is no more air conditioning
