The space Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Living Room: Twin-sized Convertible Sofa Bed As you step inside, you'll be greeted by our modern and recently renovated home. The living area features a convertible sofa, perfect for lounging or sleeping a single adult or small children. Relax and unwind as you watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that provides all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals, including a stove, oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, and cooking essentials. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table. There's also a combo washer/dryer unit. (Please note that this is a non-vented dryer that may leave clothes steamy at the end of a normal cycle. We also provide a drying rack for anything that needs some extra air drying! We are 1.5 blocks from a laundromat if you have an extra large load.) The comfortable bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, soft linens, plush pillows, and a ceiling fan, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The closet is equipped with hangers, giving you room to unpack. The bathroom is adjacent and offers a tub/shower, fresh towels, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. There is an unfenced courtyard with grass for pet relief. Since this is a shared space, pets need to be leashed and monitored while outside, and pet waste must be removed immediately. We are 5 blocks from two dog-friendly parks. Our next door neighbor offers dogsitting services with a fenced yard if your pet needs more room to run around - please contact us to be connected! Guest access Your unit is completely private. This is a side-by-side duplex; no one is above or below you. The entrance and unit is at ground-level with no stairs. There is one free on-site parking space located off the alley. Additional street parking is available with a city permit. We recommend street parking large vehicles (trucks, large SUVs) since the alley parking spot requires a tight turn. If you're bringing an additional car, oversized vehicle, and/or trailer, please contact us at the time of your booking so we can arrange a parking pass for you.
