You may return after 3:00 PM. Please note that, depending on our cleaning schedule, early luggage drop-off may not always be available. Late check-out is not available due to our cleaning schedule. Departures after 11:00 AM will incur an additional fee to cover cleaning staff waiting time. < Parking > Parking is available for 2 vehicles. If you plan to use the parking space, please let us know in advance and provide your vehicle information. < Cleaning > The property is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Cleaning service is not provided during your stay, so guests are responsible for washing dishes and laundry as needed. For longer stays, additional cleaning can be arranged upon request. Please do not leave dirty dishes, excessive stains, or trash scattered throughout the property. If extra cleaning is required after your stay, an additional cleaning fee may apply. < Trash > Please keep all trash gathered in one place. If trash is left scattered throughout the property, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. ※No Smoking Indoors Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas, such as the patio. Please dispose of cigarette butts and any tobacco-related waste properly, and do not leave them scattered around the property. If the smell of smoke is detected indoors, or if cigarette butts or tobacco waste are found in non-smoking areas, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Guest access 🏡 You'll have the entire property to yourself. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your stay. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. Other things to note 👥 Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to enter the apartment. Even if it is only for a short visit, anyone entering the apartment must be registered as a guest and included in the total number of guests on the reservation. The maximum occupancy of the apartment must not be exceeded. ⚠️ If it is found that the actual number of guests exceeds the number declared in the reservation, additional charges and a penalty fee will apply. 🌙 Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If we receive complaints from our neighbors, you may be asked to leave the apartment immediately. Penalty fees may also apply, and the incident may be reported to Airbnb. 🛋️ Any damage, excessive dirt, loss, or theft of furniture, appliances, or other items in the apartment will result in additional charges. If any incident occurs, please let us know as soon as possible. 🚗 The parking area is shared with guests staying in other apartments. Please park your vehicle as far toward the back of the parking area as possible. If you arrive at night and no parking space is available, we kindly ask that you speak directly with the other guests and ask them to move their vehicle.
