The space Our third floor unit is spacious and uniquely laid out. On a busy main street (Ashland Ave) you are close to everything you need or want in Wicker Park/Bucktown! Walk downstairs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and dance the night away at one of the oldest authentic Mexican club in Chicago, fiesta time! Grab a beer on us or a buy shot of tequila and enjoy a little history of old Wicker Park. One of the only remaining OGs in Wicker Park. I want to clearly state to guests Saturday night only you will hear music from the venue downstairs. We provide ear plugs and sound machines to help mute the sound if you need. The unit is an older building with unique laid outs. The space is homey and warm with high ceilings and a beautiful Asian inspired decor for you vacation needs with friends and family. Its our pleasure to welcome you to our hidden gem and amazing space to step back and just be. Cleaned professionally to ensure the health of our guests and community. We have equipped cleaning supplies for your additional disinfectant needs during these unique times. *NO Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is ever allowed at this property. This applies to the entire apartment, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Chicago law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of the building. If there is any trace of smoking in the building we will added a $500 smoking fine. Please do not smoke inside or around the building. No cable but Smart TV with streaming available. High speed WIFI always available. Games and a speaker available for entertainment. Fresh towels and linens provided as needed. The kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary needs Keurig coffee we provide 6 pods. Iron board, iron, hangers available. Absolutely no smoking of any kind, if there is any trace of smoking in the building we will added a $500 smoking fine. Please do not smoke inside or around the building. Building entry is with a key in a lock box in front of building. Please do not lose keys for entrance and unit door. Key replacement/lock out fee is $50. Guest access The whole unit is yours to use peacefully and your home during your stay. Other things to note LOCATION! LOCATION! Parking Free street parking 1-2 blocks down on Ashland Ave. Please read street signs. Metering park is always available in front of the building. We are not responsible for your vehicle. Park at your own risk. We do offer residential permit stickers you can use a block or 2 away for $10 per day. Highly recommend them. They can be used all over Wicker Park with the permit #154. Wicker Park is my favorite neighbor because there is always something to do. Wicker Park and Bucktown have hives of activity that draw shoppers hunting for unique vintage finds, foodies looking for dish fix, and bar hoppers searching for a late-night buzz. lol Registration Details R23000102668
