Other things to note Complete Your Online Check-In: - You'll receive an email with a link to your "Guestflow" portal - Please complete all steps as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in—this must be done at least 24 hours before arrival, unless it's a last-minute booking, in which case please complete it as soon as possible Damage Deposit & Verification Process: - Through Guestflow, you'll be asked to pay a small non-refundable card verification fee (you'll see the exact amount on the payment screen) - You must also have at least £200 available on the same card—this is a pre-authorization hold for your refundable damage deposit, not a charge - Stripe (our secure payment provider) holds the deposit, not us - Up to £200 may be charged only if there is damage caused by you or your guests - The hold is released about 5 days after your stay, but bank processing can take 10–15 working days to appear on your statement
