Other things to note You should receive an email and an SMS message with a link to your "Guestflow" portal. Complete this at least 24hrs ahead of your arrival to ensure a seamless check-in. "Guestflow" is your online check-in portal. You must complete all steps. Not forgetting to, or skipping paying a £1 on a valid credit card with £200 available for the damage deposit. (The £1 is the only way we can get your credit card details, this will be refunded) This is a preauthorization/hold. The money will be taken and held by "Stripe" our online bank and not by us. It is an authorization that we can then take an amount up to £200 if the guest, anyone from their booking party, or anyone let into the property by the guests staying at the property cause any damages. The deposit is released around 5 days after your stay but due to bank transaction times can take upto 10 to 15 working days to show up on your statement Once completed, you will receive your lockbox code around 10 am on your day of arrival.
