The space Located within a quiet cul-de-sac at the picturesque end of Oaks Lake Crackenback resort, Elbert welcomes guests with a complete mudroom entrance featuring the essential drying cupboard. Slip off your adventure necessities and instantly enjoy the integrated hydronic heating (or reverse cycle cooling). One double room with a private bathroom is located on the entrance level. Offering a queen bed and optional fold-out single sofa bed, the room features local artwork and flatscreen TV. The second master bedroom and oversized ensuite are serenely located on the second floor. The room is complemented by a walk-through robe, queen bed and personal flatscreen TV. The spacious ensuite showcases a large bathtub, dual vanity, and generous walk-in shower. Both bathrooms feature underfloor heating, heated towel rails and are filled with local amenities. The centre of the self-contained apartment features a large light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. There is single car space at the property with additional guest parking available in the resort. The property is two storeys with stair access to front door. There is no fencing or gate closure to the rear pond, please be aware for small children. Other things to note Elbert is a part of the Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort, located on the Alpine Way between Jindabyne and Thredbo Ski Resort. Bullock's Flat- the Ski Tube access to Perisher is a short five-minute drive from the resort. Throughout the ski season a complimentary shuttle runs between the resort and Ski Tube. In winter the Alpine Way can have snow and ice coverage and it is strongly recommended that you carry snow chains. Lake Crackenback is just outside the Kosciuszko National Park. The resort is filled with native Australian animals and guests of the resort are not allowed pets. There are limited food facilities at the resort, with a small general store selling alcohol and necessities.
