Due to proximity to the Mississippi and the possibility for flooding, our cabin is raised. The living quarters are on the second floor. There are stairs in the front by the driveway and stairs in the back to access access the yard and river. W have great neighbors and we want to respect their space. Quiet hours (10:00 PM-8:00 AM). There are two external security cameras (facing out). No access to garage (lower level) or freight elevator. PARKING: Driveway (3 vehicles) Other things to note Our home sits directly on the banks of the Mississippi river which affords gorgeous views and direct access to the water. Yet, as with any body of water we urge caution. For additional opportunities for swimming there is a public sand beach less than one mile away in the Corps of Engineers park. It makes for a nice stroll. as we often spot turles and eagles along our walk. Also has playground equipment and a beach volley ball court.
